Terms & Conditions
LISA YANG is run by Lisa Y & Co AB (Swedish registration no 556921-0387), with adress Grev Turegatan 20 11446 Stockholm. Lisa Yang reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Lisa Yang’s webshop on www.lisa-yang.com, covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Lisa Y & CO AB, hereinafter referred to as Lisa Yang. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated continuously, therefore we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the Webshop.
If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to order from us. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. Lisa Yang presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.lisa-yang.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
§2 Products and Pricing
The prices in our Webshop constitute the total price (including 25% Swedish VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees.
Lisa Yang reserves the right of updating errors that may relate to product information, pricing and availability without prior notice, as well as the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconvenience. Lisa Yang works for all photos to be as representative as possible on the site, but cannot guarantee hundred percent true appearance. There may occur minor color deviations.
§3 Order and Confirmation
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Lisa Yang to the e-mail address you submitted at checkout. This order confirmation also serves as proof of guarantee for full payment. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, Lisa Yang will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase.
Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Webshop. Payment is currently made in Swedish kronor (SEK) for shipments to Sweden, and Euro (€) for shipments outside of Sweden. Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice, or direct payment via bank (Swedish customers only).
Normal dispatch from Lisa Yang takes place within 1-3 days. In the case of Lisa Yang not being able to deliver within the agreed time, the customer will be informed promptly with the reasons for the delay. In the case of delayed delivery, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost.
Shipping within Sweden
Lisa Yang offers free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Your order will be sent with DHL to your closest DHL Service point. Notification will be sent via SMS (your mobile phone number is required before you complete your purchase at checkout). When not entering a mobile phone number, delivery notifications are sent by letter. Valid ID and the notification number stated in your SMS or letter must be presented when picking up the shipment.
International orders are sent with UPS and are delivered to the adress specified at checkout.
For deliveries outside Sweden a delivery charge will apply. The carrier charges will depend on the destination country. Please find details below. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may apply.

To cover costs, Lisa Yang charges 300 SEK for any shipped unclaimed orders. If you have ordered an item and changed your mind after having it picked up, you may return the package to us and be refunded for the returned item. You will however cover the return shipping cost. Read more about the terms of purchase in §5 below.
At Lisa Yang, customer satisfaction is essential. You may for a full refund return the goods to us by any secure means within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive your item). Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging and any hang tags must be attached. Note that the original packaging is counted as part of the product. Be careful when you try on the products at home, some are especially fragile. Any impairments will be deducted at refund.
At returns and exchanges, the customer covers the shipping charges. The customer also accepts responsibility for any items lost during shipping when exchanging or returning a product.
Refund will be made after the goods have been returned and received in their original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for any items lost during shipping when exchanging or returning products. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The refund normally reaches the customer’s account within 14 banking days. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund total.
How to return Swedish orders
The cost of returning a Swedish order is 75SEK, which will be charged after the return has been processed. Attached to your delivery is return documents: Return form, Return & replacement guide and a Return shipping label. To make a return, use the enclosed prepaid Return shipping label. Fill in all the information in the Return form. Pack your goods as they were received by Lisa Yang and enclose the Return form. Tape on the Return shipping label on the outside of the package. Submit the package at your closest DHL representative. We will contact you via email when we have processed your return. If you are missing your return shipping label, or have questions regarding replacements and returns, contact email@example.com.
How to return international orders
For return of products, we kindly ask you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return form. Send the completed form with the product you wish to return. You organize the collection with a carrier of your choice to be sent to our address stated below. Once we have received your return in its original state, we will let you know when you can expect your refund.

When exchanging a garment, a new order has to be placed. Follow the return instructions above to get the initial order refunded and place a new order at www.lisa-yang.com.
§ 6 Faulty Goods
Lisa Yang guarantees goods free from errors at delivery. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact customer service on email@example.com as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All complaints must be approved by Lisa Yang before the goods are sent back. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged with a new item within 2 to 3 weeks. If you choose to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that replacement is subject to availability.
§ 7 Damaged goods and Missing packages
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please report immediately to the Post representative where it was picked up. As a customer, you have no obligation to accept damaged goods. In the case of hidden damages these should be reported within seven working days of receipt. Contact customer services via firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging.
If your delivery lacks any package, this shall be reported promptly to the Post representative.
