Delivery options and lead times to International destinations
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Belgium, Europe. Delivery with DHL Express (3-5 business days, 25 EUR). Please note that local taxes and custom duties are excluded from the price total.

Taxes & Duties to International destinations
Orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Local taxes, customs duties and import fees are not included in the purchase price and may apply depending on your destination. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-orders
Pieces labelled “Pre-order” are coming soon-styles which you can reserve before they are available online. Simply place an order as usual – the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page.
Delays
Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may either cancel your order or agree to a later delivery. Please note that your order can get randomly selected for checks by your local Customs and Border Protection. These customs checks are outside of our control and can result in your order being delivered slightly later than originally quoted.
Unclaimed shipments
If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 30 EUR for unclaimed shipments.
