Taxes & Duties within Switzerland
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the price at checkout, meaning there are no additional customs charges upon delivery.
Pre-orders
Pieces labelled “Pre-order” are coming soon-styles which you can reserve before they are available online. Simply place an order as usual – the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page.
Delays
Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may either cancel your order or agree to a later delivery.
Unclaimed shipments
If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 25 CHF for unclaimed shipments.
