Delivery options and lead times to Europe
Choose between standard delivery with either PostNord, GLS, DHL or FedEx (1-3 business days, free), or express delivery with DHL Express (Next Business Day, 8 EUR). All details and costs per country are shown at check out.

Taxes & Duties within Europe
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. All applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices, and no additional customs duties or import fees will apply to deliveries within EU.
Pre-orders
Pieces labelled “Pre-order” are coming soon-styles which you can reserve before they are available online. Simply place an order as usual – the estimated shipping time is stated on the product page.
Delays
Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may either cancel your order or agree to a later delivery.
Unclaimed shipments
If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 30 EUR for unclaimed shipments.
